Shipment/Carrier :

All orders are shipped within 3 business day, usually the next workday after cleared payment. We shipped via air by Thai Post.

 Delivery time:

- Thailand Post Priority Airmail delivery time  5-10 working days

- Thailand Post Economy Airmail delivery time  15-20 working days

However, it may take longer in very rare cases.  After posting your parcel we have no influence on the exact shipping time – it depends on the service of the destination country. If your package takes longer than announced or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by e-mail. We ship worldwide. Shipping with EMS ( express shipping delivery time approx. 3-5 working days) is available on request – but very expensive.

 Shipping fee:

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
